Today’s guest knows what it’s like to train with a packed schedule, and she gives great tips on how to ensure time to train in busy seasons! She has three kids in competitive sports and works in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She’s taught three to four classes in the morning, done one-on-one training with clients in the afternoon, and still found time and energy to get her miles in.
Suzuka Hetterich runs to clear her head, and her life motto is, “If I can’t find the answer to my problem during my long run, there won’t be an answer.” We talk more about this in the episode, and it’s gold! She’s completed 14 marathons and many other races, including ultras, obstacle courses, and triathlons. She is a mother of three ages 16, 14, and 11.
She used to think those people who were running on beautiful days had nothing better to do, and she came up with excuse after excuse when she had to run in school. And, now, here she is paying hefty prices to run at various races without hesitation! You’re going to love this episode. It’s inspiring and full of golden nuggets! So let’s get chatting!
