Why is it so hard to stick to our goals? Why is it so hard to find time for yourself, mama?
I’ve been there. I used to do everything for everyone before I took time for myself, and then when I was ready to pursue my interest for the day, the time ran out. I felt stuck. I felt like I was losing myself to the demands of all my roles.
Do you know what I’ve found? When I am intentional to make time (even if it’s just 10 minutes a day) for my interests and passions or the goals that I have, I am more well-rounded and I’m better at taking care of everything and everyone. I promise you, you will be too.
Taking care of yourself is important so you have the energy and joy to take on the rest of the demands your life brings. Let’s talk about the 5 habits you need to stick with your goals — I promise you they are not too hard and they are not too time-consuming. You can do this mama!
