Ep 185 | How to Audit Your Time AND Find MORE of it
Hey Winner,
What if I told you that you could find 3-5 hours a week if you only knew how to audit your time and actually do something about it? What could you do with those hours? Would they be hours you could work on your online business? Are they hours you could create memories with your family? Maybe you could add a creative outlet to your life for relaxation and fun.
Where you spend your time matters when it comes to the vision you have for your life and the goals you want to achieve. Successful people only have 24 hours a day, just like the average person. It’s what they DO with that time, it’s how they manage that time, it’s how they set priorities with that time that makes the difference and separates them.
Finding more time in your day can be a challenge, but here are eight tips that may help:
- Keep a time log
- Prioritize your tasks
- Create a schedule
- Eliminate time-wasting activities
- Delegate tasks
- Use your downtime
- Streamline your routine
- Get enough sleep
Tune in to the podcast to dive deeper into these eight tips AND find out about my time audit challenge for you.
