Ep 169 | How to Take Your Thoughts Captive as a Christian Mom So You Can Finally Get Out the Yuck Keeping You Stuck
Why do our thoughts matter? Why does our mindset matter? Why do we need to captivate our thoughts to get ourselves out of the yuck? How can this take us out of a place of being stuck? Well, today I’m sharing with you a conversation I had with my friend Cason Schulze on her podcast, Her Pursuit, and we are talking about how to practically take thoughts captive as Christian moms, why this matters, and how to get started doing it.
Cason is a wife, girl mom of 3, speaker, and mentor. She helps moms simplify routines to create more time for themselves. She equips moms with tools to create an intentional life they’re proud of so that they can confidently show up as the women and mothers God created them to be. Cason believes when we partner with God and take tiny steps of action, our lives will be transformed and reflect the abundant life God promises us, regardless of our season in motherhood.
I know this episode will be a blessing for you as we dive into de-cluttering our thoughts, so sit back and enjoy! You may even need a notebook and pen handy for some tangible tips you can implement immediately.
