Ep 102 | Breaking Free from an Emotional Relationship with Food
I have shared my own food story on this podcast and how it was a form of control for me and really became an idol in my life. The journey to freedom was long and hard, but so worth it.
Today I’m bringing on Certified Life Coach Cat Sharp to share about her own story of binge eating and her emotional relationship with food. After a “come to Jesus” moment, she turned that journey over to the Lord and even lost 100 pounds in the process! She learned to find her worth in Jesus and not the scale or her diet plan.
Cat believes that the principles of caring for our physical bodies are beautiful, mini representations of the concepts of discipleship. It’s a powerful conversation, and I’m so excited for you to listen in!
